Happy New Years!

It's almost next year! I hope that everyone has a fun and safe New Years Eve :) In the mean time I am at work, I figured it's a good time to check in.
Christmas was fantastic! It was great to see family and have a couple of days off to spend with James. We started by celebrating Christmas Eve with the Williams family at Aunt Judy's. There were 3 babies between 6 & 13 months, they were so cute playing together. I can't wait until Gribble is old enough to play too. Next stop was James dads house, we spent the night and were able to wake up and do Christmas morning with them. For lunch it was off to my dads house to open presents with my sister and nephew. For those of you who don't know my dad this won't make much sense but I was very touched to learn that he went shopping for our present by himself, and he got us our carseat! Yay now we can bring the baby home, lol :P After lunch in Grass Valley we headed back down the hill for dinner with my mom, the girls, and grandparents. It was low key, no stress and very yummy; thank you gramma Donna and mom. I think the best part of this Christmas was the baking I did with Sammi and Britt.
Brittanni (12) has decided that she wants to go to culinary school. She is doing more cooking and baking at her house and really enjoys coming to my house to help James and I too.
With the year coming to an end I have been giving a lot of thought to how things went. For us like millions across the country this year could have been better. I have decided not to think about those parts as I enter the New Year so instead I am happy that my mom and sisters are safe and still live down the street from me, that James and I not only have eachother but are also expecting the most wonderful bundle joy, and I cannot forget that I finally finished school!
And moving into next year I am happy to say that we will be room mate free!

Best of Wishes to everyone, I hope that 2012 is fantastic.
